A great shout out to Mason! He came to hook up a gas stove for us. He had to go to get parts that we needed. He was awesome. Great worker, very respectful. Stayed and made sure that everything worked right before he left.
GARY, the oil burner tech, came to our rescue doing a thorough cleaning & making adjustments to our furnace system to run efficiently. He explained everything to us thoroughly & we will definitely continue to have our furnace serviced by Roots. It’s one of the few places that will service many areas too. We are very relieved & satisfied.
