The vet and staff here are all so kind and knowledgeable. During our initial visit back in September 2025 he really took his time with our girl who had a terrible double ear infection. (Her breed is highly susceptible to allergies and her recurring ear infections are due to this.) He showed us how to care for the infection and really get in there and clean the ears, and also showed my husband and I how to administer the medication into the ears. Thankfully, we have finally narrowed it down to a treat she will no longer be getting, after months of removing things and adding back in slowly, we found the culprit! When none of the pet emergency clinics would answer their phones, Animal Health Care of North Branch was able to schedule our extremely ill cat, Oliver, in the next day on short notice. We cannot thank them enough for saving his life♥

(2018) After moving twice last year, I tried different Vets who were more concerned about getting us in and out and moving on to the next patient. Here you and your pet are treated like family, and the health and happiness of you and your pet are top priority, they take the time to listen and explain, and leave every decision up to you, and don't rush you through it.
