I went to the Niles, MI store because my husband gets his glasses here. And I have been in a few times when my nose pads broke, and they were always replaced for free. I was pleasantly acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door. Lily M was very knowledgeable, informative, pleasant and helpful. She directed me to the style of frames I was interested in and she was right, I found what I was looking for. She made me feel like a valued customer. She helped me through the entire process. She was very patient with me. I am looking forward to receiving and wearing my new glasses. And I will be returning.
