We bought a very old cottage in South Bend that we wanted to remodel, while keeping its original charm. We interviewed a few different builders. Once we met with Mark Scott we knew we'd found our contractor. Since we are out of state it was very important that we trust who we would be working with. He and his team not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. From giving us a project schedule so we'd have our material selections picked out ahead of time (and lots of help with this if we had questions) to having the best crew (shout out to our Project Manager, Jason Fischer), staying within our budget and their commitment to detail, they were outstanding.
