When I realized that I locked myself out of the house, I panicked. My daughter had a spare key, but had told me on the past weekend that she would need another spare key as she lost mine. I didn't think anyone would come out being after hours. I seen that this website had great reviews so I gave it a try. Not expecting anyone to answer, I was not prepared to speak to anyone, when a polite young man, Ale, answered the phone and stated he would be 15 minutes away. To my surprise he arrived very quickly and was very friendly. Thank you so much, Ale and Around the Clock!!!
What a great experience. I brought in my car for a replacement key. I only had a very worn valet key. They were able to work the problem from multiple angles to find a solution and get me on the road with a programmed key in less than an hour. Amazing what experience and the proper tools can do! I was charged $67 when the dealership said it would be closer to $700! Plus, it's clean, well lit, there are snacks and drinks available. I will definitely be referring this place to family and friends.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service and the nicest people you could ask for! I recently had car fob created and a lock rekeyed, and the owners were nothing but helpful and explanatory. The prices were also beyond fair and much lower than anywhere I else I got quotes from, including the dealership and other local locksmiths. Very fast service too. I won't go anywhere else in the future!
