“We began service with Naturescene about the summer of ‘21. The first application was done at the wrong house which was a little concerning to me, but I let go and chalked it up to an inexperienced technician. Since they are the least expensive provider of lawn care in the area, I renewed my contract with them for 2022. The first three applications (spring, early and mid-summer) were done on schedule. My grass began to develop unusual brown spots in the yard, which was later determined to be a fungus. After two weeks and three calls later, I’m still no closer in getting my yard issue resolved. Each time I called I was told you’re on the schedule and someone will be there to treat your lawn. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has not been pleasant and I won’t be renewing my contract next year.UPDATE: In response to my review, NatureScene is actively addressing my concerns.
