Wow! I called septic services at 3am because my toilets were backing up and my tank was overflowing on Memorial Day today. A HOLIDAY... I called 3 other places before calling Krueger. AR, Huff and one other one. One didn't answer or return my call. The other two said they would have to call and see if they could get ahold of driver to come out. One called back and said they couldn't because of the holiday and the other said it would have to be late this afternoon. By 3:45am I called Krueger and they instantly assured me someone would be out right away and by 4:35am they had their technician was out here pumping out my tank. We found out that our septic needed to be drained out, and Krueger‘s were the first people that I called and at first they couldn’t get us in until the end of the week and then a little bit later they called back and said that they could come today and they were at our house within the next half hour. The guy that came out was very helpful gave us some tips that we didn’t know and very professional and nice. And then when I went to go pay, our bank cards were having some issues And they were very patient and kind about it and understand understanding!
