I've used H.C.E. several times now, after my first time using them, I signed up for the preferred membership program. I think joining it has some good benefits. Like a slight discount on parts, no service fee, and two free maintenance visits a year. I like being able to schedule an appointment online and they call and text you updates. They call before showing up. Very professional technician and friendly. Very happy customer so far.UpdateOn 9/26/23 H.C.E. came out to service my furnace. I have done business with Home Comfort Experts for years and highly recommend them for any service they provide. The only reason I did not give my duct cleaning service 5 stars was because I had to do a little bit of clean up afterwards. Evidently, there was some stuff that was in my ducts that blew out of a couple of my vents, and it made a mess in the immediate area of whichever duct/vent it came out of. It was no big deal, it swept right up, and I lived happily ever after!Services: A/C system maintenance
