Today we had the honor of meeting a technician named Mariah McGrath from Home Comfort Experts. Our furnace stopped working suddenly and she came out and found the problem right away. She ordered the part, left to pick it up and then had it fixed in about 15-20 minutes once she got back. I had to leave before she was finished but she called when she was leaving to let me know that we had heat again and that she had locked the front door for me. This was one of the better experiences that we’ve had with HCE and we couldn’t be more satisfied. If I could request Mariah for any other furnace needs in the future, I will.
Corey and Willie did a great job. Thought I'd need some work done to my sinks, but after inspection they said a replacement wasn't necessary. I appreciate the honesty in not trying to upsell just because. They also cleared a drain in my basement that had root intrusion. Overall great experience. Fair price.
