Exceptional job by Mike from the plumbing team & his helper. My mom & sister had a stressful plumbing backup involving both toilets & the shower that had been gradually getting worse over several months.
Mike arrived on time after calling ahead, asked key questions, ran a few simple tests, & quickly identified the likely main-line blockage. He explained what was needed, got right to work, & handled everything in a calm, efficient way. What stood out most was his patience, kindness, & practical consideration of our needs. Today we had the honor of meeting a technician named Mariah McGrath from Home Comfort Experts. Our furnace stopped working suddenly and she came out and found the problem right away. She ordered the part, left to pick it up and then had it fixed in about 15-20 minutes once she got back. I had to leave before she was finished but she called when she was leaving to let me know that we had heat again and that she had locked the front door for me. This was one of the better experiences that we’ve had with HCE and we couldn’t be more satisfied. If I could request Mariah for any other furnace needs in the future, I will.
