High recommend if your not looking for X-rays and physical therapy. Quick in and out in 5 to 7 minutes to realign yourself and feel better. No hassle. Yes your first app he will promote some stretches to help. Very basic alignment. Don’t get social media excited on all the special cracks and such. Been a dozen times and don’t think he offers that special treatment. You’ll walk away feel much better 8/10 times.

I have been to several other chiropractors in this area since I moved here 15 years ago. I am so thankful I finally found a GREAT chiropractor. I highly recommend Dr. Foti to anyone looking for chiropractic care.

Dr. Foti has been helping my husband and me for a couple of years and I cannot tell you how many times I have gone in with pain and he has fixed it for me! He is very knowledgeable and always very pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this practice!
