Our Fridigaire, which basically was a very smart microwave ( meaning it had LOTS of functions and was EXTREMELY user friendly) over the stove microwave died and I needed a replacement. Long story short, John was able to find the type I wanted to replace the other one. it was delivered and installed quickly and professionally with care given to the glass top stove it was installed over. Delivery price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend you shop here first before going someplace else. You might save a bit more someplace else, but will you have the service?
When our refrigerator stopped working, we went to McLean, based on a recommendation that they offer good service after the sale. We were able to purchase a refrigerator that was in stock. It was delivered that same morning, which is almost a miracle. They took away the old one and were careful and respectful of our home. We have only positive things to say about our experience. When a refrigerator stops working, it is an emergency to get it replaced and they were extremely helpful.
My fridge quit on Friday. Mclean's repairman came Monday and declared it dead. I called Mclean's Tuesday morning and drove to Newberry to look at what they had. They delivered it that afternoon, leveled it and made sure it was working properly. They put the old one on the porch for someone else to pick up. They even put my door back on the hinges! They were beyond accommodating. In the unfortunate event that I have appliance issues in the future, they will be first on my list.
