I had a wonderful experience replacing my 25 year old Spa. Richard and Scott were amazing and so careful and meticulous with the installation. They removed my old spa and disposed of it for us as well. They did a great job installing the new spa and made sure I had a firm understanding of how to run and maintain it properly. We had recently installed a new patio with stamped concrete and they were extremely cautious not to cause any damage. And they did all this in 90’ plus heat with no complaints.
I would recommend Pristine Pool & Spas to anyone looking for an excellent product with excellent customer service!

In addition this weekend I had a malfunction on my pool with guests at my home and this company came out and fixed the problem immediately. They are amazing . Thank you

Pristine recently finished installation of our backyard pool and we couldn’t be happier with both the end result and the process getting here. From day one, Pristine was attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and communicative about our options, scheduling, etc. We never had a question the couldn’t answer or a problem they couldn’t manage. Equally important, everyone at the company is extremely friendly.
