Just met with Joe in regards to a crowning floor at a rental property in the Ypsi area. He suited up and went into the crawl with me, pointed out the good/bad/ugly about my situation and gave me HONEST feedback about my situation, didn't try to up sell me or push an expensive job that wasn't warranted. Tried to buy him lunch but he refused, said he just wants to do what's right for the customer. Awesome job Joe, highly recommended!
