I have come to this location several times to get my hair cut and I really love how simple and easy it is. There isn’t much of a wait and the staff are very friendly. The stylists always do a good job and the cost is very fair.
I am not a huge makeup girly. I do love the sol de janeir, eos, and tree hut section. Overall though, I don’t really buy any makeup.
We did come in today to ask a specific question for a friend. The staff was super nice about it and very helpful. She even tested the product and provided a sample. 🥹I got emotional in the best way. Paul has such an incredible eye! Little backstory, Im a cancer survivor, went from completely bald to years of growout with zero professional haircare. My scalp was a hot mess, my hair dull and flat when I walked in to Ulta all before a Christmas party and before closing with a hair emergency. He worked several Christmas Miriacles. He washed my hair and it was SQUEAKEY CLEAN (it actually squeaked 😆🤭), conditioned (smells amazing) dried so lovely warm! I was given refreshments as he helped me figure out the new look. I was having problems with the app. I'd gone into 2 stores. Spent time on the phone with customer service; did deep searches on the apps and could not get my contact information updated. I called the Chesterfield store and told the gal what the issue was, and she was so kind and cooperative. I waited a couple extra minutes and #MissDonnelle came to my rescue! It's going to take a day to make sure that everything clicks; we'll see, but honestly. I don't care.
I'm just so thankful for their kindness and help, I want to give them a shout out now.
