Previously received a quote from another competitor which was completely outrageous. The competitor would not offer a ballpark figure over the phone and arrived for an estimate… I was provided three different prices - which were all ridiculous and down right offensive. The Garage Door Guys beat them all - Called last night and received a quote over the phone for a broken spring on a standard two-car garage. I was able to schedule next day service. Tony and Parker arrived and got me up and running in no time. Tony even fixed my sensor mounts. Super friendly, great price, and fast service… you just can’t ask for more. THANK YOU TONY AND PARKER!!!!!
Very happy with our new garage door. Communication was great. We had many questions and Kimmee and Tony answered them all for us. We went with an insulated door with the high lift tracks and jack shaft motor; it’s amazing!
I sent an email on Wednesday evening around 9 pm, describing the problem, and asked if I could get a service call the next day.
Received a call around 8 am the next morning from Kimmie, telling me it was likely dirty or misaligned sensors, and to try cleaning them first. I did so, and now it's back working like normal. That goes above and beyond in my book - telling me how to quickly repair my own problem. 100% will call them when I need a new opener/ door.
Thank again, Kimmie!
