Have been dealing with a rodent infestation and now sewer flies due to house being vacant for some time before our purchase. The Orkin team has been working on issues since the purchase and we have been very happy with the service and response times.

The Orkin representative was very nice and helpful with explaining everything to me. She made an investigation in the attic, but she could not get to the front part where she saw a little light coming in, so that area was not addressed, but she reassured me that it would be taken care of in two weeks
