They were so kind, patient, and helpful with finding the perfect glasses for my daughter with special needs. Excellent selection for frames for everyone, looking forward to getting glasses here when my prescription needs updating.
The warm welcome when we entered the office & the attention to detail we were given was hands down the best experience.
Time was taken to explain what was happening and why,it gave me hope for getting the right script for my glasses for both me & my daughter. Also much cheaper and cooler frames from where I have been in the past.

I walked in with some irritation in my eye and the staff got me taken care of right away. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The doctor saw me quickly, explained everything he was doing, and gave me clear steps to help it heal. Really appreciate the level of care—highly recommend New Baltimore Optometry.
