I have been practicing consistently at this studio for over 6 months now. It's a beautiful and welcoming space with knowledgeable and patient teachers. Classes are well structured for all levels of yoga. The prices and packages are reasonably priced.

Lotus One is an excellent place to learn this beautiful expression of self love called yoga. The owner Geralyn and her staff are all very kind, patient and knowledgeable. If you ever thought yoga wasn’t for you, or you physically wouldn’t be able, there is something for everyone here and I promise you will be empowered ?

I’ve been doing virtual classes here for the last month and have had a really good experience. I like all the different options that are offered. Power/fusion yoga here is different than anywhere else. I love all the pulsing and bounciness. It leaves me annihilated after class, which I LOVE!
