Doc and his staff whet above and beyond taking care of my pet. Doc and Vet tech Lori and I discussed what meds needs to be changed because they weren't agreeing with my dog.
So we cut the dose in half until she was able to take her full dose. She had Mammary glands removed, so she is cut pretty extensively. The front desk, girls will greet you and show compassion when you bring your pet in for whatever reason. I am new to the area and glad I found this veterinarian.
The vet and techs were so extremely kind and helped me In a time where I couldn’t find an appointment with my regular vet, but the front desk staff, I am a kind person and as a pet owner will understand almost any situation when it comes to an animal. if I’ve never been to your practice and I show up early to put in my paperwork and make sure I am being timely and there is a euthanasia I completely understand if you call and tell me or come to the locked door and say please wait a few minutes there is a family grieving, as a pet owner I completely understand.
