I would recommend Northside Urgent Care. I'm very pleased with the front folks, nurses and PA's. It was a bit of a wait but they were though, running tests and communicating to us whats going on. Beth was especially kind and sweet to my Mom. The PA female was equally competent. Sincerely, Cheryl Harrington

The nurses were super condescending, the doctor gave a very vague diagnosis to with little to no explanation before I was rushed out the door. On top of that, they still didn't send my prescription to the requested pharmacy when I went to pickup the following day where the technician had to track it down.

I'd never used this location, as I have 2 Urgent Cares close to me, but they have been closed by Trinity!!!So , off I go! I was pleased that the wait wasn't too long, intake was quick.I saw Tracy Reynolds, PA. I was very pleased with her, very kind, caring. Tracy did a thorough exam , made my diagnosis, and I was able to head home in less than 2 hours!!
