Tom Otis was our sales person today. He was considerate, punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions too. We will be recommending him to our friends and neighbors for sure. We are really happy with our Pella Windows that we had installed last year but this one is the last one in the house that needed to be replaced. It's going in our basement bedroom. We're very excited to have it installed in April. Pella makes a great product. They are lucky to have someone like Tom Otis on their team.

Dealt w Tom O on replacement vinyl casement windows for my home. Tom was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about Pella windows. Tom inspected my existing windows and made recommendations to minimize the replacement cost, as well as to comply with HOA regs.
