Jason from the Mt Pleasant team is the man!! I called later in the day with an emergency knowing it was towards the end of normal service time for most plumbers, worried about getting service ASAP or at all. That was no problem for the rooter team and more specifically Jason to handle! Just want to say thank you for the expert service that we received, Mr rooter will always be my first call!

Very professional! That our service technician was well qualified. Diagnosed problem(s) correctly & promptly. Fixed/ repaired all issues. Only issue I have is the cost(s) are “seemingly” to me among the highest in the area.
