Jason setup the appointment, and Mark came out for the job. Mark vacuumed first as I had just taken possession of the house and didn’t have any household items yet. He then cleaned the carpets, making the carpets clean and looking awesome. They smell great too! Highly recommend!!!
Really appreciate that this business is local and that they stand by their work. They told me if I had any issues or noticed any problems to just give them a call and they’d be happy to come back to fix it.
We had them clean all the carpet in our home a few months back, but then found an unexpected issue when we moved our sofa. Called to ask about having them come back to treat the spot and they said they were currently nearby and could be there in 15 minutes. They were in & out in less than 10 minutes, and the rust-stain was 100% gone! No charge!
Jason was excellent, easy going, professional, and gave great service. He made my 5 month old couch like new after my cat decided it was a nice place to pee. He made what felt like a massive defeat feel like it could be saved. He took his time making sure the spot was clean and spent extra time adding a special cleaner to take care of anything left behind that he couldn't get.
