The entire is top-notch! Everyone from Doc to the cat chilling on the checkout counter! The staff answered and specifically instructed me to home my cat and what products to use. They dis not at any point to try push any products.,...just great service and care for my Miss Daisy.
This place is great. Doctor is a remarkable, highly intelligent woman. She isn't the friendliest person, but she REALLY cares about animals and pets and they use the safest/most humane treatments they can in every situation. As long as you don't say anything too uh... questionable - you're going to have a good experience.
