“I had been dealing with pain in my right lower back/hip for about 9 months. Unable to get relief, I decided to try chiropractic. I was impressed at my first visit with the thoroughness of the examination, including X-rays and initial adjustment. Dr. Lianne even called me to see how I was doing after the first adjustment -- something I had never experienced elsewhere. After a few weeks into my program, my hip/back were feeling much better, but this wasn't the only improvement I was experiencing. My stiff, creaky neck was moving more freely, and my spine had much better range of movement -- I was pleasantly surprised to be able to bend over and tie my shoes while standing -- which I hadn't been able to do for a couple of years. The most surprising improvement though, was the realization that I was sleeping through the night -- 8 hours and more -- without having to get up to use the restroom!
