Before we started demo and construction, we had a full team meeting with Megan, Kim, and the subs. It was clear they weren't just contractors; they were team members with a rapport that gave us total confidence.

Throughout the project, communication was excellent. The schedule was clear and professional, a refreshing change from our previous renovation experiences with other companies. Even when minor setbacks occurred—like tiny transit damage on two cabinets—LJ’s was upfront and proactive. They caught one issue before we even saw it, and handled the other immediately with no questions asked.
