The staff is super friendly and the apartments are really nice. My only issue is not being able to kick out bad roommates for not paying rent or their portion of electric, but other than that Shanna is amazing and super easy to get along with.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenence issues are handled promptly, and my apartment was in great condition when we moved in (lived in the townhouses). I would definitely reccomend this place for anyone in the area looking for nice affordable housing.

Affordable living, extremely kind and helpful staff, fast and responsive maintenance, and overall nice community. One of the only downsides is our apartment has had a lot of maintenance issues within the month that we’ve been here, (probably because the apartments are a little old) but the maintenance is always very good at fixing the problems our apartment has. The other downside is the fact that if you chose the furnished option, the beds are full size, just not XL, and as someone who is tall, my feet dangle off the end of the bed..which is unfortunate. Other than that, Lexington is a good and affordable place to live:).
