Just finished my first lease at Lexington Ridge. The experience was great! Maintenance was always swift and communicative with repairs and the office staff were always very accommodating and friendly! The property is always very well managed and clean. I look forward to the next year here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Lived in Lexington Ridge for the 2024-2025 academic season and absolutely loved it.
The apartments are well kept, up to date, and can even be refurnished for a very small extra price.
Free laundry, wifi, AND parking permits!
Landlords and matenence are always incredible quick and efficient when it comes to solving problems, and the workers in the office are knowledgeable and friendly.
I highly recommend living in these apartments and I will be returning for the 2025-2026 academic season!
i have now lived at lexington for a few years now and absolutely love it! to start things off, the office staff are so nice and helpful in anyway that they can be. living here you definitely get your moneys worth! along with great rent pricing, comes free internet, free laundry, and shuttle if you’re a CMU student. the neighbors mind their business. if you respect them, they do the same in return. the maintenance here is amazing! literally within 30 minutes of calling they are at your house already fixing the problem. the set up of the housing is nice! being pet friendly and service animal friendly has also been a huge plus living here. i have no complaints and definitely...read full review
