My furnace went out over the weekend. Call Burns as they were referred to me. The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and respectful and professional. The service tech Dan came out did a great job he also was very courteous respectful and professional.

My furnace was taken care of by Nicole. She was very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with how fast I was able to get an appointment. Service was excellent. I will use them again when needed.

You guys were awesome. Mom said you set the appointment for just a few days after she called, came out on time, and the tech was absolutely amazing.
