    Definitely not your average gym. Alot of calisthenics being done. That's what I love most building my body with my own weight!! Gym is very intimate and clean. I joined the claressa shields boot camp here and I feel amazing....!! This is day 3 for me I'll post the beginning of 2023 my results!! ???

    Personal Training with Tony Fresh Fit at Claressa Shield's gym was rough..Tony doesn't play...Hopefully, I can walk tomorrow?Place is clean..fun people and a killer workout.He promised I'd have a back like the GWOAT..Dreams do come true.
