Used them for an IEP for my son. Very disappointed. Facilitator was not neutral, in many ways made the process worse. She moved the discussion along but exceeded her scope several times and was siding more with the school district. She gave too much of her own personal opinions. She actually interfered with me advocating. It also appears there were several side bar conversations with the district that I was not privy to which again contributed to her not being neutral. Over all I felt this made the process worse & in some way regret contacting the services. May have gone better with a different facilitator. Highly disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely no help. In fact, made things worse. They, themselves, do not follow thru with anything they say they are going to do. They issue mediation agreements and then don't follow through. The victims are more victimized and the criminals are literally handed guns. Stay away from here at all costs.
