If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely no help. In fact, made things worse. They, themselves, do not follow thru with anything they say they are going to do. They issue mediation agreements and then don't follow through. The victims are more victimized and the criminals are literally handed guns. Stay away from here at all costs.

You will have to get there about an hour before it opens. They only except so many people then they start sending people away. They try to pass out info cards for you to fill out and they say they will call you by the afternoon. But if you miss there call then your out of luck. I never left. I tried calling them once and i sat on the phone waiting for 4 hours and then it just hung up on me.
