My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a smooth and positive experience. Paul was quick to come out for an estimate, Pam was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, Tom was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and was great at making sure I understood and was happy. This company is simply the best. I've used them on multiple occasions - once for my roof then later for my siding. They are very responsive, pleasant to deal with and do excellent quality work. They show up when they say they will and they stand behind their work. Their prices are good but I'd use them even if they were higher, it would be worth it. Definitely recommend!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Next Exteriors / Primer Builder MI absolutely earned this one. They replaced my roof, then went on to do a relative’s roof, and later a close friend’s roof—three separate projects, three flawless results. Consistency like that is not an accident.
If you want a roofing company in Michigan that does the job right the first time, uses quality materials, communicates clearly, and charges a fair, honest price, this is your company. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism stand out in an industry where that is not always the norm.
