I came in and had a consultation with Jay. She was calm and patient and answered all of my nervous questions about getting my first tattoo. I couldn’t have had a better experience. The day of, she was ready and walked me calmly through every step. I will definitely be back to see Jay for future tattoos.
I cannot say enough good things about Hand & Heart. My husband has had work done by Lorne and I have Nora and Tristan. LOVE LOVE LOVE their work and all of them as well. Made us feel so comfortable and they are all so easy going AND so accommodating. I'm so proud to tell everyone who tattooed us and will ALWAYS recommend these guys!
