The employees are absolutely wonderful. I called first to see the process was of getting a nebulizer for my daughter. I was mainly concerned that I would have to go inside with all my kids (I had 2 that had fallen asleep already) and the thought of getting them in/out of the car and waiting for a long time set me into panick. I think Cheryl could sense that as she so graciously offered a curbside service. They were so accommodating and I highly recommend this store and the employees that work there.

I went here to make an exchange for my resupply and Cheryl listened to my issue and helped me get it resolved. Normally, I have everything shipped to me. I’ll be going in from this point on. Customer service is worth the drive and it eliminates room for error. Thank you to the staff for your kindness.

The new location is very spacious and handicap-accessible for individuals with mobility issues. My CPAP machine was making a strange noise and Alicia immediately sent my machine out for repairs and gave me a loaner machine on the spot! Excellent staff and very knowledgeable! You just don't see customer service like this around nowadays!
