Salesmasman was very helpful. I ordered three truck loads. Asked me when I wanted them. I kiddingling said now. To my surprise the delivery driver heard me and replied he may be able to fit me in for one load and if he can he will call me. Mind you it was close to closing time. Fifteen minutes later get a call he will be delivering soon. Delivery was also great. I've done business with them in the past and will again if needed.
I am new to the area and my first experience with Jack's was perfect. James came to my house to adjust and open my sprinkler system. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and we even shared a few laughs. James took his time and - ever the inquizative one - answered all my questions. He offered some suggestions to keep my lawn looking great, which was greatly appreciated.
I don't often leave reviews but highly recommend Jack's Lawn Service. My neighbor said not to call anybody else and I can see why.
I got everything I needed. If I wouldn’t have had to go back, this would have been a 5 star review. The first woman I met was very friendly, explained things well and everything was perfect. Then I went back 30 minutes later and dealt with a different woman. She essentially accused me of trying to steal stuff because I asked about the process of getting rocks.
