Our service was excellent from Thomas Eberline. He had a fellow technician and they solved our problem with ease. Plus, they were able to install an opening so the AC lines could be cleaned. Excellent job!!
I just had Jeff from the Iceburg service team perform a safety and a safety inspection on my furnace. He was very professional and a very personable person. As he went through the inspection Jeff explained in detail every step he went through. He answered all my questions and had a number of suggestions for maintaining and caring for the furnace. I truly appreciate the time he spent. I would recommend Iceburgh and Jeff to anyone. If I could b rate him better than a 5, I would. Very well pleased customer.
My air conditioner wasn’t working so I called and was given an appt right away . Found out I needed a whole new unit . A few days later a gentleman came from this company and explained what exactly was wrong and quoted me a price for a new unit . He said there was availability to have it installed the same day . I was very happy with the 2 guys that came out and installed and explained everything to me
