911 Restoration was prompt when our basement flooded. They were to our house to inspect the damage within 30 minutes and were back cleaning it up within another hour. Both workers were professional and easy to work with. They worked with our insurance to provide all necessary claim info and the process was easy. Would recommend this company to friends/family if they experience similar issues with their basement.
Great response time. We called Saturday afternoon and they were able to have someone come out and give a free visual mold inspection in under 90 minutes.They were able to come out Sunday morning and get the work done. They came by today and checked on everything and picked up their equipment.Chris and Ivan were friendly and efficient. Very happy with the end result.Would definitely use them again if we ever run into more mold issues.
Our sump pump failed during torrential rains a few weeks ago which, flooded the entire living area of our split level home. We had Servepro out first to estimate and it took them a couple of days to get out and they were booked out several days for remediation-they also estimated what we thought to be a ridiculous figure that would have eaten all but a few $ of the Insurance settlement. Wanting a second opinion, we called 911 Restoration- 888-243-3151- it was 4 PM on a Friday and they were there in 1/2 hour and had their team working the cleanup the next morning. Best of all, they came in a good deal less than Servepro! Highly, highly recommend these guys!
