He took a great deal of time to assure that the paneling and trim was exactly what I was asking about. Communication was outstanding. Very thorough with pricing and quotes, even though I changed my mind a few times, he was very patient. Although I was hesitant about purchasing a product with out seeing anything more than samples, I would not hesitate to use again. I live in eastern Pa. And overall the shipping was quite reasonable.
