“My stylist was Jenna, and when I say phenomenal I mean PHENOMENAL.

For the first time in a long time I felt heard by my stylist, and she executed my vision to the T. She was really thorough in walking me through the style and making sure I got what I wanted. She also left room for me to make any adjustments (though it wasn’t needed because she genuinely gave me exactly what I was looking for.)

I went for a bit of a chop, and she also helped me tend to some dye and heat damage that had left my hair a frizzy ball. She gave me a hair treatment as well as my haircut and I finally feel like myself again. I couldn’t be happier with the result! She also gave me product recommendations for getting my hair to be healthy again which was a huge help!!

She was an absolute angel to talk to and made my first actual salon experience one I will never forget! For as nervous as I was having had bad hair experiences in the past, all my worries were left at the door the second I met her. I don’t think I could ever trust someone with my hair the way I was able to trust her today! I will certainly be back, and I’m so so thankful for the experience I had today.“

“I had an appointment for 2:30, i was sat almost immediately and was taken care of, however the service wasn't quiet the best, i ended up leaving and was very unhappy, since i was already half way home i decided to go to the other Deluxe nail to try and get them fixed, the owner was very sweet and ended up calling the owner over at the Novi location for me to get them fixed, i ended up going back , and was serviced a full soak off and a reapply for the gel x nails, they took there time and apologized for the previous bad experience! I am now over joyed with how my nails look and will forever be thankful for the proper reapplication of my gel x nails! Coming from someone who has had previous experience with fungal infections from improper application i was VERY happy i was able to get them removed and reapplied!“

Me and my sister did a walk in appointment and were accommodated for in no time at all! i was wanting cute nails but had concerns on acrylics damaging my nail health, my technicians weighed the pros and cons of different nail types and helped me land on dip nails, and im soo happy with how they turned out. My techs were Na and Tim, tim executed a perfect nail shape and was so kind to talk to, Na is AMAZING with her designs (my nails are the black and silver) she paid so much attention to detail and was phenomenal. My sister was serviced by Brian, who was so talented and suggested a beautiful flower accent nail (GORGEOUS)! Everything was amazing and so much quicker than anticipated. i will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends!“
