We called Pest-Ex out early this morning to a job site we’re working on. We had a major issue with yellow jackets swarming around the crawlspace entrance, making it impossible for our plumbers to safely access the area.
Pest-Ex arrived on-site within an hour and a half and quickly took care of the problem. Thanks to their fast response and professional service, we were able to safely continue our work and replace the sewer line for the homeowner without further delays.
I highly recommend Pest-Ex for their quick turnaround and excellent service—top-notch professionals who get the job done right!
I'll start by saying I am TERRIFIED of snakes... we had one get into our basement, i called this company got a voice mail and less than 10 mins later got a call back. It was 930am, the lady on the phone said someone would be out between 9 and 2pm. I got a call from their tech Jeremiah at 9:59 that he was 30 mins away. He was the most chill, professional person and reassured me he would find it and remove it. I had low hopes BUT, maybe 20 mins later he came up with it in his bucket!!! Not only did he find it but he also stood on my porch with my son and I and helped me breathe thru my anxiety!!! I give the company 10 out 10 stars but their tech 100 stars!!! I have used PEST EZ since 2022 and they WONDERFUL! Whatever they use to spray my house with works like a charm! Even if I have an issue, they usually can schedule me for the next day at the earliest or within 2 to 3 days at the latest. I highly recommend them!
