Dr. Burns, in particular, is fantastic. He’s extremely personable, genuinely funny, and incredibly easy to work with. He has a great way of putting both pets and their owners at ease, while still being thorough, professional, and informative. “Our cat was throwing up all day. Our normal vet did not have any open appointments. Dandy Acres was able to see her immediately. The concern they showed for her was touching. They provided a couple of care plans and there was no pressure to choose the more expensive one. In the end we ended up with a plan in the middle.

They called the next day check on our cat. Later that day when our cat was still not recovering well (she was significantly better than the day before, but still far from back to normal) they said I could pick up some additional meds from their sister hospital in Novi which is closer to my house. They said they did not want to stress our cat more by bringing her in. Again, their concern for the well being of her was heart warming.
