The main guy, Steve, is some kind of bat and mouse control savant. He can walk around your house with binoculars and immediately spot places where bats are entering.
The bat exclusion guy - Josh - was very nice and helpful. When he came back to my home to remove the excluder, he was happy to address another area of concern I had. Then he informed me about the warranty and said he'd by happy to come back if I had future problems.
Will definitely be sticking with these guys.
