We had Bill and Dylan out recently to clean the air ducts in our new build, and they did an amazing job! Very professional, came in and got right to work, and even went above and beyond, giving me tips on taping the Sheetrock around the return vents to minimize getting Sheetrock dust sucked back into the ducts, and also explained how we could best finish our basement ceiling such that they would be able to clean our ducts again in the future. It felt like they really cared, and weren’t just there to make money. I would recommend them to anyone else, and will definitely hire them back again every few years. I love having cleaner air, and no more Sheetrock dust blowing around! See the before and after photos attached :)
Bill and the team at A-1 were awesome! He was friendly, very flexible with scheduling and showed up right on time for the job. They were super respectful of our home and efficient. Once complete, it was a night and day difference in our duct work!
Bill said it would take about 3 hrs. to do the job right. And, when he got to my home it took every minute, if not more, to prepare the ducts for proper cleaning. I felt for him and Dylan for the degree of work that had too be done. If the ducts were ever cleaned they certainly were not correctly serviced based on the prep work that Bill had to do. The amount of dirt and dust bunnies had to at least been an accumulation of over 40 years but when all was said and done, the ducts were cleaned. With the care Bill and Dylan took, I will be calling them when I need my ducts cleaned in the future as well as recommend A-1 Furnace to others.
