“I use Back to Nature for subcontracting lawn care applications. I recently signed a client up for service but there was a typo in my request that sent them to the wrong address. The tech noticed something was up, found the correct house, confirmed with the client, and treated the property all without any further input from me. This was a welcome surprise and they intuitively prevented downstream issues for me and helped to end my Friday on a positive note!
