Being in town for the week of thanksgiving I needed a gym to train at. I emailed a week or two prior to arriving and the response was very quick.While I was in town there was also great communication. Every member that I encountered while in the gym was very welcoming. The gym owner has great communication. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of.I was able to feel right at home during my visit.
Being a part of Lake Swell CrossFit has been a radical experience. I have been able to meet teammates that I now call friends. The coaches are great and instruction is continuously available.
