“Our water heater pilot light went out and Bill was recommended to us. When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly“

“Had to call Rooney’s/Minuteman. I used them in 2020 when we first bought our house and had a drain issue. Had excellent service then and had the same excellent service today! Luke and his coworker came out on time they also called me 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They took their time, fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Highly recommend!“

“Noah came out to my mother in laws house this past Friday October 4th for a furnace check. He was efficient, honest, kind and friendly. She uses action at least once a year to get the furnace checked before winter hits. She thought because he furnace is pretty old she would need a whole new furnace. It would have been really easy to take advantage of my mother in law and make a big sale because she older and doesn’t know anything about furnaces but he did the whole check and said it was running properly and should make it through another winter. “Jeff Wyers with M&L Plumbing provided world class customer service! He was easy to reach and communicate with leading up to the install of our new Moen shower unit. In order to remove the old unit (due to a screw that I had stripped) an access panel would have to be made within my walk-in closet. He was very efficient, but very detailed with his work. I appreciated the efficiency since we pay by the 1/4 hour. He was also nice enough to pass along a military discount to show his appreciation to my 20 years service in the Air Force. I have attached a couple photos. I highly recommend Jeff and will be using him again for future plumbing needs!
