Bob and his crew are professionals at what they do from top to bottom!
From the time John (Director of Sales/Service) came to quote the job, schedule the crew, and pick out materials - (btw best price out of 3 companies)
To Mathan (Foreman) answering all my concerns, and giving me peace of mind on the status of the repairs.
To Bob Schmidt himself (Owner) coming out to ensure the customer (myself) was happy, and being taken care of.

We needed a new roof and received questionable estimates days later or were ignored by other companies.Your experience with this company comes in 3 parts...Project Manager: John came out and provided an estimate within a day talking to him. He sat down with my wife and I and walked us through prices and processes. He included my wife in all aspects of the conversation. Before we committed we would call John with questions and he answered everyone or came back to discuss others.Owner: There is a Bob Schmidt! He contacted me the week of the job and informed us when delivery of supplies and dumpster would be delivered. He came to the house a few days before start to answer... read full review
