We contracted with Modern Shed on May 11, 2023 putting down 1/2 the price of the shed (16' x 24') for delivery in Sept. In early Sept. they asked for more money. For putting down underlayment, we paid $2500 more, though the load was not complete. ******** was affirmed by end of Sept. No shed. A couple emails were ignored, then reply was they were working 2 wks. out - Oct 24. No shed. Next delivery was affirmed as 1st wk. of Nov. No shed. Now they say they are working on it...Today is Nov. 27, 2023.
I was a bit frustrated that it took longer then anticipated for our shed to be delivered. I understand a new company who blew up and production, employees etc.The owners at Modern Shed Design are amazing. Rather then being frustrated.
