Very rude. Made a appointment with me and used to send messages prior to every appointment and I missed one a couple months back which I guess lead this lady to being very bi-choosey with how she wanted to treat me and intended to not send out a reminder like I did every time making no notice of a appointment that was 2 weeks out and demanded I gave her 150 dollars to work with her. I think this lady's old age is catching up with her sense of reality convincing her that it's acceptable to discriminate. VERY POOR SERVICE. YOURE RUNNING A BUISNESS NOT A CHARITY. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone cause she'll be cool to you and if anything happens she'll flex her privilege...read full review

I wish there was an option for zero stars but sadly that’s not possible. I would never recommend this lady to anyone. I could write paragraphs on why but I’ll just say a few. I heard she abused dogs and didn’t want to believe it but I took my dog there and he hasn’t been the same. He was extremely scared and now he’s aggressive towards me and others. How is this so called groomer still in business?

My dog Reggie is large and has super thick fur. His fur can get matted to the point it has to be shaved down short. When I brought him in it was close to that point but the good people at Sherri Raye’s Grooming took good care of him and cleaned him up. Regg is looking Dapper...They did a great job and Im sure it wasn't easy so I highly recommend to all who need a great groomer.
