The SpartanNash Distribution Center is efficient and well-organized. Appointments are met promptly, with many drivers being assigned doors early in the morning and finished quickly, often before the scheduled time. Shipping and receiving are located on the west side of the building, with clear signage for different dock doors. The unloading process is quick, with little to no wait for lumping. Staff are described as helpful and polite, making the experience smooth. Overall, this distribution center is known for its quick service, organized layout, and friendly personnel.
Our appointment was at 6 AM, but we checked in at 5 and they gave us a door right away. They finished everything by 7:40. After reading the reviews, we thought we’d be stuck here all day… because 99% of the time, what people say in the reviews turns out to be true!
Shipping and receiving is on the west side of the building. Signage indicates which dock doors are for what type of freight. 14-16 is dairy, and the associated man door is to the right of dock 12. Everything else is further north. Quick and easy. No wait for lumping, just a quick pull and count
Great place to unload. Will take you way before appt time,heck knocked on my door at 4 in the morning. Unloaded 20min, pulled back to the side finished my rest break. Oh yeah you can park overnight.
